Picard; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Dr. Richard Huston and wife Dianna; sister-in-law, Bette Huston; mother-in-law, Louise (Koehler) Picard; brothers-in-law: Charles L. Picard, John L. Picard, Dr. Benjamin Picard and wife Susanna; nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, 7pm-9pm at the West Center Chapel.
