Our deepest condolences to Karla and the family. Mike was an honest, straight shootin’ man of integrity and faith. He taught me much, encouraged me often, and set an example that I always try to honor at work and in my personal life. He will be missed so much.

Even though we did not have the privilege of knowing Mike personally we both felt warmth of caring when he ushered at church. He always offered the “handshake of Peace” as we approached communion. We have missed him recently at Mass and were unaware of his illness. It is our prayer that his family will keep these wonderful thoughts and memories in their hearts.
